They reduce unnecessary handling, you can use these high heat food pans from everything from prepping, cooling, to oven or hot holding applications at a temperature range from -40 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. They are even safe for use in high-temperature commercial dishwashers.
The Cambro 24HP150 insert pan is 1/2 size and is 2-1/2" deep and is constructed of hi-temp plastic. This insert has a polysulfone, non-stick surface that will not bend or break.
