indentation anti-jamming ramped sides reverse form flattened edge
framing shoulder interchangeable with SPV plastic pan line meets
gastronorm (EN 631-1) standard NSF
Vollrath's Super Pan V was designed to withstand and tolerate heavy-duty commercial usage in the most demanding of restaurant environment. No matter how busy your work place is, this pan is resistant toward dents. In fact, it is measured to be as much as 38% more effective than other pans.
The rim is located higher up with a flat edge in order to keep steam from leaving. The flat edge design even makes it easier for people to carry around. The corners have an easy pour design. This design was added to the Super Pan V to allow for easy pour out of contents into containers. Unlike other pans, this one has round edges as opposed to sharp corners which makes it easier to scoop out food.
The Super Pan V features anti-jam lugs that will prevent it from getting stuck. If this pan is not in use, you can stack it with others in a storage area. You'll never have to worry about it sticking to other pans, because of its anti-jam features.
