The Vollrath 40732 Cayenne® heated display merchandiser can be used for both wet and dry applications, while keeping food warm and humid. There are three fixed divisions in this hot food display cabinet that let operators merchandise three full-size food pans or six half-size food pans, all under top-mounted halogen lighting to enhance presentation and the appearance of food. The stainless steel top can be used as a plate warming area, while a double-skin stainless steel base reduces heat loss and allows for use as a countertop or drop-in model. Since the doors on the Vollrath 40732 Cayenne heated display merchandiser can be easily lifted off, cleaning is made easy. The convenient rear drain makes maintaining this display case easy.
