Cambro 44CW135 H-Pan Hot Food Pan
The durability of Cambro's food pans are unrivaled, they are made from commercial food grade, durable materials that maintain their shape without cracking, bending, or even denting while under heavy use. Unlike metal pans, these pans are cooler to the touch and the corners and edges stay smooth to reduce risk of injury.
The Cambro 44CW135 is 1/2 size and can withstand harsh temperature raging from between -40 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Like all Cambro food pans it will not warp over time and will not have negative chemical or acidic reaction to food. Its sleek and professional design not only looks appealing but works better than using a stainless-steel pan. It's better than stainless-steel because not only will it keep food cold but it will create less condensation. Without that excess condensation, food will look and stay fresh for longer periods of time.
