Vollrath 38713 Description
The Vollrath 38713 cold food station has space for three full-size food pans with its 46-inch width. It is non-refrigerated, so it is cooled by ice, and it includes a one-inch drain that streamlines removal of water when the ice melts. To ensure food stays at proper serving temperatures, it’s insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane foam insulation. It is mounted on casters to provide mobility, and all four of these casters lock to stabilize it.
To prevent bacterial contamination when multiple people are retrieving food from the Vollrath 38713 cold food station, it includes a buffet-style breath guard. The work surface is 35 inches tall, elevating it from the ground to provide plenty of space for employees to prepare food. Because the top is made of seamless stainless steel, it is durable and corrosion resistant, and food particles can’t get stuck in any cracks or crevices. The base has a stylish black appearance.
