Vollrath 72717019 Cayenne Heat Strip
The Cayenne Heat Strip 72717019 is intended to be used as a heat source to help maintain food stabilize at safe temperatures until served. It structurally features engineered aluminum heating housing that offers maximum strength with minimal weight.
The anodized bright aluminum heat reflector that generates maximum performance for wider dispersion and offers larger temperature zone above 140 degrees Fahrenheit for safe food holding. The reflector/heating assembly is field adjustable, allowing for the operator to direct the heat pattern for optimum overhead heat. The element is sheathed for dependability and longer life. The unique element design offers greater heat dispersion for more effective warming of your products.
If your element ever needs to be serviced it has two screws that can easily be removed when necessary. The stainless-steel mounting brackets with present mounting holes provide proper spacing for safe installation or easy replacement. The fixed/remote switch installation allows flexibility for installation.
