This digital pocket thermometer has a temperature range of -40 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with an accuracy of +/- 2 degrees with a response time of less than 6 seconds with a 1 second update. It has a minimum and a maximum hold feature and is field recalibratable. It requires 1 CR2032 battery that is included. It has a case & sleeve that uses Safe-T-Guard; an antimicrobial to inhibit bacterial odor and mold growth.
The 1.5mm FDA compliant stem is perfect for thin foods, with a response time of less than 6 seconds to stable.
