Vollrath 47142 Jacob's Pride Thumb Press Disher
This disher is perfect for dishing out semi-solid foods such as mashed potatoes, rice, cookie dough, butter, sour cream, and more. It is also useful in bakeries because using a disher for baking cookies and muffins ensures that you can lay down the batter evenly on the pan before baking.
Note: Not recommended for use with ice cream, frozen foods, or other hard food products.
The Vollrath 47142 is a portion control disher with a round, size 12 bowl with a diameter of 2-7/16" and can hold 2-2/3 ounces. It is constructed of 18/8 stainless steel with a one-piece, color coded, green plastic handle made with all-natural, antimicrobial technology.
Features:
- Molded one-piece handle improves durability, makes cleaning easy and prevents handle from coming apart
- Color-coded handle for no guess size selection
- Coated handles are equipped with Agion® antimicrobial protection for food safety
- Extended grooved handle provides a sure grip for comfortable use
