Vollrath 59500P Countertop Induction Range
The Vollrath® Mirage Pro ultra-low profile, portable countertop induction range provides safe, high-efficiency heating with a gas-like performance. It is designed for use in light to medium duty front-of-the-house cooking and other cooking applications, such as buffets, demonstrations and catered events.
Features:
- Use with induction cookware only
- Factory-bench-tested for ultimate quality control
- Fits pans up to 10.25-inches in diameter
- Digital Controls
- Bright LED Display
- 1-100 power levels and °F/°C temperature control
- 80°F to 400°F temperature range
- Extremely energy-efficient with 90% efficiency rating
- 1-180 minute timer
- The case frame is made from heavy-duty, 18-gauge stainless steel with a ceramic top
- Variable speed knob for fast temperature adjustment
