The ACB36 Wolf, heavy-duty counter model, gas charbroiler is one of our best options. It is constructed with an all welded chassis and stainless-steel sides, control panel, top trim, backsplash, and grease trough. The cast iron char-radiants are heavy-duty with 5-1/4" wide, cast iron, diamond grates. It has six burners that are easily lit with the standing pilot ignition system. It includes supercharger burner dividers to minimize heat transfer to enhance multi-zone cooking capabilities. Each burner has one high range, infinite heat control valve. The valves have adjustment marks that are engraved into the front panel for easy set up. The heat deflector try system reflects heat upwards, creating a "Cool Zone" in the grease drawer which also facilitates easy cleaning at the end of the day.
