Prepare perfectly sliced onions every time without crushing or bruising them. Great for hard vegetables even slices lemons, oranges and limes. Higher yield and portion control with exact slice thickness.
In one stroke you'll be able to slice whole onions with a 1/4" cut thickness. Each time you use this, it'll cut the exact same thickness for every slice, each time. For best results, you should work with a 3" maximum diameter onion.
