The Everest EPPR3-D4 sits on six 5" caters, it has a cabinet exterior that is constructed of heavy duty, stainless-steel with a galvanized steel finished bottom and back wall. This product will be an excellent addition to your restaurant. The preparation area includes a removable and adjustable, sanitary 19-1/4" deep cutting board for you to slice up some of your customer's favorite ingredients like pepperoni, mozzarella, and even pineapple if you're daring enough. The preparation area can accommodate twelve 1/3 size food pans and has 1/2" thick foam insulated lids to prevent moisture build up and heat exchange. The single stainless-steel door and four drawers use 2-1/2" thick, foamed in place polyurethane as its insulation. The heavy-duty, adjustable torsion spring system allows for the door to be self-closing. You'll never have to worry about you or your employees accidentally leaving the door open. How wonderful is that? It's one less thing for you to worry about. The door's corners are rounded for a sleek modern appearance. Not only that, but the door includes a one-piece, snap-in place, magnetic door gaskets for easy replacement and cleaning. The door opens up to a stainless-steel interior with two epoxy coated wire shelves. Each shelf will look amazing once it fully stocked with your fresh ingredients.
