A great addition to any restaurant is a salad/sandwich prep table. Here at Jean's Restaurant Supply, we have a specially designed prep table, made to keep your products cool all while keeping your utility costs low. The mega top True TSSU-60-12M-B-HC is energy efficient in keeping its contents cold due to the entire cabinet structure and door being insulated with foamed-in-place, high density polyurethane. The exterior is constructed of stainless steel in the front, top and ends with a matching aluminum alloy finished back -- all of which is resistant to rust and corrosion. This powerful configuration of metals will allow your unit to stay as beautiful as the day you bought it as long as it is cleaned properly on a regular basis. The two doors include a positive seal, self-closing feature and a stay open feature as well. The interior features an NSF approved clear coated aluminum liner and a stainless-steel floor. The stainless-steel floor is not just for speedy cleaning, but this design also prevents the danger of harmful bacteria that will reside at the bottom of the refrigerator from accumulating. The inside includes two adjustable, heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves per section.
This fits 12 standard, clear poly-carbonate food pans in the counter-top prep area. The pan opening is designed to fit various sizes of pan configurations with pan divider bars, however, varying size pans are sold separately. In order to keep your food cold each food pan has a stainless-steel, patented, foamed insulated lid and hood to lock in freshness and minimize condensation. Another perk of this unit, is the full length, white polyethylene, removable cutting board.
The condensing unit is located at the back of the cabinet and slides out for easy maintenance. The self-contained refrigeration system runs on R290 refrigerant. The factory balanced refrigeration system uses a 1/3 hp compressor with guided airflow to provide uniform temperature in the food pans and cabinet interior. The sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motors and large fan blades provide a low velocity, high volume air flow. The consistent movement of air provides your prep table with quicker recovery times. All of these components work in unison to maintain the standard operating temperature of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
