The True TPP-AT-44-HC was designed with high quality, enduring materials and will provide you with colder product temperatures, lower utility costs, and exceptional food safety. It is energy efficient in keeping its contents cold due to the entire cabinet structure and doors being insulated with foamed-in-place, high density polyurethane. The exterior is constructed of an all stainless-steel front, top, and ends. The refrigerated pan rail comes standard with six NSF approved 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans. This provides you with plenty of ways to organize all of your pizza toppings. The single stainless-steel door includes a clear aluminum liner to match the cabinet's exterior and is fitted with a long-recessed handle. It includes a positive seal safe closing mechanism, and a stay open feature. Behind the door are two adjustable, heavy duty, PVC coated wire shelves which are included. The interior features an NSF approved clear coated aluminum liner and a stainless-steel floor. The stainless-steel floor is not just for speedy cleaning, but this design prevents the danger of harmful bacteria that will reside at the bottom of the refrigerator from accumulating.
The condensing unit is accessed from behind the front removable panel, and slides out for easy maintenance. The self-contained refrigeration system runs on environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and uses a capillary tube system. The factory engineered refrigeration system uses 1/4 hp compressor with guided airflow to provide uniform temperature in the food pan rail and cabinet interior. This forced air design regulates temperatures between 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit -- the perfect temperature for your pizza ingredients!
