Hobart FP350-1 Food Processor
The Hobart Food Processors are excellent for any kitchen that needs to increase their productivity on slicing foods.
The Hobart FP350-1 takes food processing to the highest level for high volume kitchen operations. Its compact design allows for a small footprint and ease of use. The full-size cylinder and cutting tools enable large volumes to be processed - reducing labor and increasing productivity. It has an all aluminum hopper and housing. Its anodized finish is resistant to harsh cleaners. It includes an interlock switch protection that prevents the machine from running when the pusher plate swings away or is open. It has a red off and a green on switch for easy to use and learn operation.
It produces consistent, high quality products in seconds. You can process 26 pounds of product per minute, this is 1,560 pounds an hour, and 1,200 portions a day. It has an angled front for convenience use of the operator, and a 50-degree angle for ease of product loading. It can slice, grates, shreds, dices and cuts julienne, and crimping slices in a variety of dimensions. This powerful unit has a planetary drive to help prevent stalling under heavy loads and no rest time is required between loads. The large half size feed hopper supports processing capabilities for a large variety of products. Its design permits continuous cutting of long products. This eliminates pre-cutting.
