Hobart HS7N-1 Heavy Duty Meat Slicer
The Hobart Edge Slicers are efficient, economical, and easy to clean. Your employees will love the increase of productivity they'll experience from using this slicer and your customers will love the results.
The Hobart HS7N-1 has a 1/2 hp knife drive motor with an electroless nickle plated single rod for smooth operation and continuous lubrication. The gauge plate remains closed during operation of the sharpener. The 13" clean cut knife has a super alloy edge that stays sharp for longer periods. It lasts two to three times longer than than a carbon coated or stainless-steel knives. The machined grooves on the gauge plate and knife cover, reduces drag for a smoother slicing motion. Slice thickness can be determined by an adjustable knob to a maximum of 1". it can slice foods up to 12" by 7-1/2". Then, when you find the knives are getting a little dull this unit has a built-in sharpener. The single-action, top mounted borazon stone sharpener sharpens and hones in just 15 seconds.
It has a sanitary burnished aluminum one-piece base has fewer places to harbor soil and is easier to clean. This limits holes or crevices in which food can lodge to protect against bacterial growth and preventing food-borne illness. It has a rear-mounted, removable meat grip that opens up in the front of the product tray for unobstructed loaded. The removable meat grip allows for easy cleaning.
