VitaMix 062827 Commercial Food Prep Blender
The Vitamix 062827 Food Prep Blender, is the ideal power tool for commercial kitchens. You can create anything from frozen drinks to cream desserts. The size and shape of the 64-ounce container is ideal for blending medium to large batches with amazing consistency and quality.
The variable speed control allows for chopping, grinding, pureeing, and blending dense ingredients at the perfect speed. The speed can easily be adjusted, and can be manipulated to achieve a variety of textures. If you find yourself needing to adjust the speed at any point during the blending process, all you need to do is rotate the dial at any time.
The 2 peak output HP motor allows for quick and efficient usage and the accelerator tool will give you control and easy processing of dense ingredients. The unit possesses so much power and precision that it can pulverize even the tiniest of seeds. The blades are laser cut and stainless-steel, measuring 3" in diameter to ensure consistent blends each and every time. These blades, powered by the motor, can move so fast that it can create friction heat. The friction heat is so powerful that cold ingredients can become steaming hot in as little as six minutes.
