Vollrath 0644N Redco Tomato Pro Tomato Slicer
The Redco Tomato Pro is constructed of high-density polyethylene base materials and is designed for constant contact with tomato acids and other harsh foods. It was designed to not corrode against not just the acid of tomatoes, but strawberries and oranges as well. You can prep tomatoes for soups or tacos, and fruits for crepes, cupcakes, or pies.
If you're working in a busy restaurant with a high demand for tomatoes, this is the perfect product for you. It can slice tomatoes 5 times faster than slicing by hand. It has a positive-stop arm to help keep the slicer sturdy while operating the push-through slicing mechanism. Not only is this unit fast, but it is safe to use.
