The Vollrath 40743 is shipped with 1/8" and 5/16" grinder plates. The sausage stuffer and feed stick accessories are included. This unit features a 1 hp motor that can grind up to 264 pounds of meat per hour. The motor is energy efficient and has a precision gear drive. It includes a forward and reverse switch for operation. At the end of a busy day when it's time to clean up, the grinding head, pan, and attachments are all dishwasher safe.
