Vollrath 40951 Meat Slicer
The Vollrath Medium Duty Electric Slicers are ideal for slicing meats in medium-volume operations and small restaurants. Its small size allows it to easily fit into tiny kitchens and it can be carried for all catering operations.
The Vollrath 40951 features a non-stick plate with titanium blended into the coating to create a harder and more durable surface than conventionally reinforced systems. The non-stick plate increases glide performance which will also reduce clean-up time. It has a 1/3 peak hp motor, its belt is durable and long-wearing to provide reliable service. The slice thickness can be adjusted by a knob to a maximum of 1/2". It has a 25-degree gravity feed that will maximize productivity by reducing operator fatigue and discomfort.
