Whether it's delicate wine glass or a grimy pot, the AM Select door-type dishwasher is NSF certified to clean all of your wares spotless. The Hobart AM15VL-2 Advansys AM Ventless Door-Type commercial dishwasher provides performance, reliability, versatility to wash a wide range of ware types in busy kitchens. The Ventless Energy Recovery keeps steam out of the dishroom and provides real savings on water, energy, and chemicals for your operation. It includes time wash cycles of 1, 2, 4, and 6 minutes to let you pick which cycle is best for you rack load and soil type.
Ventless Energy Recovery recycles steam energy and keeps steam out out of the dishroom, saving on operating coasts and up to $3,500 on vent hood installation. You can wash through heavy food soils. The NSF Pot and Pan Rating with an available 27" opening provides versatility to wash a wide variety of ware, including heavily soiled prepware and up to six 26" sheet pans at a time.
The Sense-A-Temp Booster Heater technology is capable of delivering a 70-degree Fahrenheit rise in rinse temperature and it ensures a safe and consistent 180 degrees Fahrenheit sanitizing rinse. At the end of the day, it is easy to clean with its deep drawn, seamless wash tank, interchangeable anti-clogging wash arms, and slanted, self-located, one-piece scrap screen and basket system. It includes a delime notification that alerts operators when it's the right time to delime, keeping the machine running efficiently and extending the life of critical components
