The Hobart Food Processors are excellent for any kitchen that needs to increase their food processing productivity. It is simple to use, the controls are easy to understand, it has an off, on, and pulse switch.
The Hobart FP62-1 is a six quart processor with two speeds. It has a compact design that occupies minimal counter space with handles that are molded on both sides of the to easily move the and carry the unit around. It has an anodized aluminum base with a transparent top cover which is easy to clean and has a durable finish. The transparent cover design allows for continuous view of your product. It has a large tube feed that makes it easy to add more ingredients while processing
The knives aide in consistent productivity, it cuts through product in less time. It preforms at a 1725 rpm knife speed which is the ideal speed for emulsifying and pureeing foods. As dangerous as this processor is for ingredients, it is safe for you. This is because it features a triple safety interlock that adds protection by preventing blade rotation until the lock arm, bowl and cover are all in proper position.
