Redco InstaCut 3.5 Table Top Manual Dicer
The Redco InstaCut from Vollrath produces perfectly cut vegetables and fruits at least three times faster than cutting by hand. It is durable and versatile, truly a must have for any fast pace restaurant and kitchen. In a matter of seconds, you can go from dicing to wedging to coring in seconds with the use of a simple pop-in, pop-out thermostat blade assembly. Its one-stroke operation produces quick, clean cuts, without the busing and waste of other methods. You will easily be able to chop vegetables like onions and core fruits like apples. (Wedge and Corer blade assemblies sold seperately)
It can produce clean, quick cuts and reduce busing for better food presentation. The thermostat blade frames will never need adjusting and they will not corrode even when in contact with acidic foods like tomatoes.
This table top model offers superior resistance to breakage from the sled-leg base design. As a whole, this cutter is lightweight and strong, it has an aluminum base with stainless-steel rods. The wall mount bracket allows for quick hanging and removal for cleaning.
