This drop-in Vollrath 46268 round chafer can be installed in a 9.13 inch countertop cutout using included clips. The water pan is drip resistant to minimize messes, and to facilitate cleaning, the cover can be removed and thoroughly wiped. To access the 6-quart food pan, the dome cover opens in three positions. A bottom-mounted tray accommodates a can of chafer fuel to heat product; to ensure the unit withstands heavy use, it's made of durable stainless steel.
