Vollrath 97710 Description
The Vollrath 99710 cylinder for the Silv-A-Tainer washing and storage system securely holds cutlery in a vertical position during washing and drying; vertical washing and drying is preferred for flatware over horizontal because it provides better drainage. It's perforated, so the holes on the sides and bottom of the cylinder promote unrestricted water flow in the dishmachine and unrestricted airflow in the drying rack. Because it's made of stainless steel, this cylinder resists denting and cracking if dropped. It can be used in a cylinder washing rack, drying rack, or placed in a drop-in storage rack or countertop cutout.
