The American Metalcraft 18916SP super perforated pizza disk is made of aluminum for strength and corrosion resistance. Although the material is durable, it should be washed by hand with detergents made specifically for aluminum. The pan edge pan and perforation edges are unfinished and could be sharp. The disk has 456 holes to provide airflow and release moisture while creating a crispy crust.
