American Metalcra A90131.5 Description

Part of the 9000 series, the American Metalcraft A90131.5 tapered pizza pan measures 12 inches in top diameter by 11 inches in bottom diameter by 1¹⁄₂ inches deep to accommodate a deep-dish pizza. Its tapered structure provides ample space for dough to rise throughout baking, and the raised sides create a barrier to build a sturdy pizza. Made of durable 18-gauge aluminum, it heats evenly to reduce the risk of undercooking or burning.
