Being an ideal size for medium and large pizzas, the American Metalcraft CAR13 pizza pan measures 13 inches in diameter by ¹¹⁄₁₆ of an inch tall. It has a traditional circular shape, solid bottom, and aluminum construction. With this heavyweight metal, the pan evenly transfers heat while in the oven, supporting high-volume use during service. Its edges are unfinished for users to cut raw dough; the tapered shape of the sides promotes stacking with other pans in storage areas.
