Cambro 16HP110 Description
Being a full-size model with a depth of 6 inches, the Cambro 16HP110 H-Pan™ food pan is designed to store, hold, and heat high volumes of product. It's made of high-temperature plastic, which can be used between -40 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit. This versatility can be used for one-pan flash freezing, storing, and reheating. The material stays cool to the touch and resists bending and denting. Because the interior is nonstick, it increases product yield and reduces waste. The pan's graduated measurement markings streamline inventory for operators.
