Cambro 42CW110 Description
With a standard quarter-size configuration and 2.5-inch depth, the Cambro 42CW110 Camwear® food pan has a 1.8-quart capacity. Because the pan is made of polycarbonate, it keeps contents as cold as a metal pan without as much condensation. This material is durable enough to resist breaks, bends, cracks, and dents. Safe to use in temperatures between -40 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit, this pan can be used in refrigerated and frozen applications. Molded-in graduation markings in standard and metric units help operators keep up with inventory, and the nonstick interior streamlines cleaning and increases product yields. To save space in storage operations, the pan can be stacked with other fourth-size pans.
