Cambro CP3253443 Camchiller for Cam GoBoxes
When using an non-electric carrier or cart, use a Camchiller to extend the cold holding time of your food beyond 4 hours. Simply freeze flat overnight and slide them to the top rails of your insulated transporter. Cambro also suggests using a Camchiller if you are opening the door frequently because it can help make up for temperature loss.
