Each well in the Cambro VBRU6110 Versa Food Bar™ Ultra Series serving buffet accommodates a full-size food pan to support cold drinks, salads, sandwiches, fruits, and parfaits. Insulated with thick, CFC-free foam, the wells keep products cool for at least 4 hours without ice; if ice is added to canned or bottled beverage displays, the hose-compatible, integrated drain faucet simplifies removing the melted ice and cleaning residue. Sneeze guards built into the top of this unit protect merchandized contents from airborne contaminants without obstructing customers' views of or access to food, and when the unit must be transported and stored, the sneeze guards can be folded down to fit through standard 36-inch door ways.

To improve storage, the Cambro VBRU6110 serving buffet features a 9-inch-wide top merchandising shelf that can hold prepackaged goods, condiments, flatware, and decorative displays. Two lockable storage compartments built into the unit's base deter tampering and theft while streamlining its look. Each compartment can support 50 pounds of nonperishable items; for smooth maneuvering, this 82-inch-wide by 42¹⁄₂-inch-deep by 62³⁄₄-inch-high structure is mounted on four 6-inch swivel casters with brakes, while molded-in handles grant an ergonomic grip and improved control of steering. If it collides with a surface during transport, its double-wall polyethylene construction resists dents and breakage. To blend in with common decorative themes, this unit comes in black.
