  This Sparta Paddle Scraper measures at 40" long with a nylon blade that measures 7-1/2" x 4-1/2" and a long plastic handle that is heat-resistant to temperatures up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. The waterproof, sealed exterior is smooth and easy to clean. The hanging tab on the end of the handle provides sanitary storage on hooks or cord.
