This model has an all stainless-steel exterior, and an aluminated steel interior while being fully insulated throughout, including the spring balanced door. This insulation was chosen for its ability to keep the outer temperature cool and the interior temperature hot and consistent. The interior temperature can range from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit and has independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers. It has combination gas controls with valve, regulator, and pilot safety. This unit stands on heavy-duty steel legs finished with durable Bakertone.
