Its corners are rounded to effectively move beneath baked-on food for removal without penetrating it. The DEXSTEEL™ construction is made of high-carbon, high-alloy stainless steel to withstand high-volume, long-term use. For a comfortable grip, it features a rosewood handle that's triple riveted to keep the blade and handle intact.
