Good for flipping and lifting small foods, such as shrimp, vegetables, fruit, and cookies, the Dexter Russell S171 Sani-Safe® mini turner's blade is 21⁄2 inches long. Because the blade is short, it features an offset design to prevent close contact with the grill, protecting the user's hands. This mini turner is constructed of DEXSTEEL™—a high-carbon, high-alloy stainless steel—to endure high-volume use, and it won't corrode over time. Its textured polypropylene handle helps reduce risk of slipping during use, and it's white to support color-coded applications.
