The Dexter-Russell Dexter 360 (36006R) Cook's Knife has a 10" smooth edged straight blade. The blade is made of a long lasting, stain-free, high-carbon steel which is hollow-ground and hand honed.
The high-impact black and red handle with a finger guard has an ergonomic design and is constructed of durable polyproplene and slip-resistant Santoprene.
