This SofGrip 24503 Santoku knife has a 7" duo-edge blade constructed of stain-free, high-carbon steel with a non-slip, white, soft rubber grip handle. With the right skill, this knife is perfect for mincing herbs or vegetables, chopping nuts, dicing fruits, slicing cheese, and cutting meat. Unlike a chef knife, a Santoku knife is not curved. These means you won't need to rock the blade in order to complete a cut, rather just cut straight down for quicker and more efficient cuts.
