  The Aerohot is the most economical, highest-efficiency, versatile steamtable on the market. It is perfect for displaying your customer's favorite hot food items in a buffet style setting.

  The Duke 305 has (5) 12" x 20" hot food wells. These heated compartments are each able to accommodate a full-size food pan or fractional equivalent and are fully insulated on all sides and the bottom with fiberglass and designed for energy efficiency. Each compartment has a galvanized steel radiation plate and the burners are controlled by individual adjustable gas valve controls with adjustable pilot light. It uses natural gas and each burner is rated 2,500 BTUs. A gas pressure regulator is furnished with each unit.

  The body, undershelf, and legs are all stainless steel with adjustable plastic feet. The undershelf is the perfect area for you to store important tools and keep them at at close distance. The seamless liners are die-formed and galvanized for to make cleaning easier for you. This steam table includes a 1/2" thick x 7" wide poly carving board that goes along the entire length of the table.
