This stainless steel push block quickly swaps out to replace the one that came with your ARC! XL-125 fruit and vegetable cutter or dicer so that your staff can easily make quick work of tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and other fresh produce. With this unit, not only is your food held in position for clean, efficient slicing, but your fingers are protected from the blades to ensure maximum safety.
When used with the 1/4" blade assembly (sold separately) on any ARC! XL fruit and vegetable slicer, this pusher produces 1/4" slices.
