   The ECB72D4 is a refrigerated model, it sits on six 5" casters and has a cabinet exterior that is constructed of heavy duty, stainless-steel with a galvanized steel finished bottom and back. The worktop is constructed of high quality 16 gauge stainless-steel. The air chamber vent system and high heat insulation tech-mat layer allow the worktop to withstand up to an amazing 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This level of durability will eliminate warping and bubbling of the sheet metal from prolonged exposure to high temperatures. The top also includes stainless-steel, mounted corner guards that will prevent any cooking equipment to accidentally slide off. The four stainless steel drawers use 2" thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The drawers are configured with heavy-duty, stainless-steel drawer frames with low friction ball bearing slides. It includes a one-piece snap-in drawer gaskets for easy cleaning and replacement.

   The refrigeration unit is side mounted, this layout is used to allow for large compartment usage in the drawers. It uses R-290 refrigerant and runs on 1/4+ hp. The condenser and evaporator coil have an oversize design to ensure quick recover times and reliable maintenance of for the desired temperature. The multiple evaporator fan motors provide balanced airflow throughout the cabinet and ensures speedy drops in temperature. The temperature setting for the unit is ranged from 33 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit.
