This portable oil filter is powered by a 4 GPM, 1/3 HP heavy duty reversible pump that can filter up to 50 lbs of liquid shortening oil in just 5 minutes. A heated suction line keeps the return line open and free flowing. This item features a nickle plated steel wand with a non-heat conducting handle. Wand assembly efficiently flushes residue and returns filtered oil to fryer or frypot. Regular use of the PF50 oil filter will preserve oil life and contribute to consistent production of great tasting fried foods.
