It has a red off and a green on switch for easy to use and learn operation.

  It produces consistent, high quality products in seconds. You can process 14 pounds of product per minute, this is 66 pounds an hour, and 400 portions a day. It has an angled front for convenience use of the operator, and a 50-degree angle for ease of product loading. This was designed to reduce operator fatigue. This powerful unit has a planetary drive to help prevent stalling under heavy loads and no rest time is required between loads. The large half size feed hopper supports processing capabilities for a large variety of products. Its design permits continuous cutting of long products. This eliminates pre-cutting.
