  This redesigned Hobart LXe Base Undercounter commercial dishwasher packs big sustainability and best-in-class cleaning performance into a small size that's perfect for bars, restaurants, coffee shops, care facilities, or anywhere that needs an easy-to-use warewashing solution.

  The Hobart LXeC-3 Base Undercounter is equipped with a large 17" door opening and easy to access ware and racks. It is complete with an automatic type, controlled by solid-state electronics. The cycle may be interrupted at any time by opening the door. The cycle continues when the door is closed.

  Eliminating confusing error codes and making operations simple. For operators, managing the daily operations of an undercounter dishwasher can be complicated. But, with Smart Display technology, gone are the days of receiving confusing error codes. The LXe Base Undercounter streamlines operations helping to keep your process on schedule. This unit will even let you know when it's time to replace your dishwasher's chemicals -- like sanitation products.

  The low temperature sanitation is accomplished by an injection of the proper amount of sodium hypochlorite solution into the final rinse water to achieve a minimum of 50PPM sanitizing solution. Injection of sodium hypochlorite is accomplished by a built-in sanitizing chemical pump. The rinse pump is powered by a single-power motor, the rinse pump is made of high strength, engineered composite material.

  Helping small dining operations save by reducing energy and water usage per cycle. Small dining operations are not only focused on saving space, but also saving energy and water. The LXe Undercounter dishwashers are ENERGY STAR qualified, using only .74 gallons of water per cycle and saving energy during operation. The machine automatically drains water through a built-in pump.
