As part of the World® collection, the Libbey 213 5921 dessert knife (formerly known as World Tableware 213 5921) has an 18/0 stainless steel construction; this alloy contains no nickel and 18 percent chrome, and it's less expensive than 18/10 and 18/8 stainless steel, making it a good choice for budget-minded businesses. Its Baguette pattern includes a thick, solid handle with a pinched bolster for a classic look that complements traditional flatware themes. The pinched bolster and serrated blade improve user control when slicing thick desserts.
