The exterior of this unit is constructed of white, zinc-coated, backed-on enamel that includes steel. Everything you display inside is highly visible thanks to the unobtrusive, frame around the glass lids. This unit has heavy-duty casters, so you can easily maneuver it to whatever location you desire it to be. Featured on the grill side are removable bumper guards to keep sensitive components of this unit from receiving damage as you push it around. Then, if you don't want this product moving around, two of the casters are locking.
The interior is painted with white powder-coated, steel and has three-compartment, flat-top baskets. Each basket includes two fixed dividers. You'll be able to neatly organize all your prepackaged frozen goods into whatever categories you feel that you need. One compartment can hold dairy-free treats for your lactose intolerant customers and another compartment can hold the ever popular fudge pop. This unit uses 1/3 hp and runs on R290 refrigerant. It has an external analog thermometer display with a control panel that has an adjustable temperature range of -18 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit.
