Penn Scale’s 16 lb. Baker Scale is the choice for professional bakers, pizzerias, restaurants, schools and industrial kitchens worldwide for nearly 100 years. It is the largest model measuring a full 24″ from plate to plate with a 17- 1/4″ base. It has a beautiful stainless steel beam, full cast iron body, heat treated steel case, hardened pivots and bearings and features an FDA approved powder coated finish.

This ascetically pleasing scale is hand built in Penn Scale's Philadelphia factory from 100% USA manufactured components giving it an unmatched balance of quality, workmanship and performance.

The 16 lb. Baker Scale comes with a 32-ounce beam in 1/4 ounces increments, (2) 9" matching steel plates, a plastic footed scoop with tare weight, and 4 counterweights to meet your needs.
