Browne 5781212 Perforated Steam Table Pan
This steam table pan is a half size perforated steam table insert that is 2-1/2" deep and has an 4-1/4 quart capacity. The pan is constructed of 24 gauge stainless steel and has anti-jamming reinforced edges & corners that resisst bending. The space between pans creates ventilation, allowing pans to dry completely for proper sanitation.
