One popular option is the Solstice SE14-SSTC electric floor fryer designed by Pitco, with digital controls and a filtration system. This whole unit is easy to operate, and will provide you with large amounts of goodies to serve your customers. The tank, front, door, and sides are all constructed of stainless-steel and it stands on 10" adjustable legs. A set of twin fry baskets is included. Then when you're not cooking, you can put those baskets up on the basket hanger. The basket hanger is removable.
This product was designed with the safety of you and your employees in mind. The high temperature switch will shut off the unit if the temperature reaches an unsafe level. The heating contactors are mercury free, adding another level of safety. The heating element is fixed which will keep it in place at the bottom.
This unit is electric, the burners are inside the oil and this makes them more efficient than using a gas fryer. It distributes heat quicker and more evenly throughout the fry pot, and will prove a speedier recovery time. As with frying, often times small particles are dropped from the breading of whatever it is that is being fried. Below the heating element, is the element rack, where all extra debris will be captured and stored until it is time for you to remove them. When it is time for cleaning and you have to replace the oil, a 1-1/4" full port drain valve will assist you. A fryer cleaning brush and a drain line clean out rod are included. Remember, if you want your unit to continue to function at its best potential, it is important to clean it regularly.
