The San Jamar SI9000 Saf-T-Scoop® Guardian™ system has Germ Guards™ on the scoop to eliminate contact between hands and ice. To provide comfort and balance, the scoop has an ergonomic, angled handle. For safe storage, it can be mounted inside or outside the bin in the holder. Withstanding use in high-volume operations, the system is made of polycarbonate.
